Ad Row Between Newspaper Rivals Revived By NJ Court

Law360, New York (January 18, 2013, 4:44 PM EST) -- A New Jersey appeals court on Friday revived North Jersey Media Group's claims that a rival stole the company's advertising business by saying its newspaper met the legal criteria for carrying public notices, ruling that NJMG had properly stated a claim.
