Judge Tosses State's Suit Against Pfizer Over Rezulin

Law360, New York (November 26, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge has dismissed a lawsuit brought against Pfizer Inc. and its subsidiary Warner-Lambert Company LLC by the state of Louisiana that sought reimbursement of Medicaid payments made by the state for the company's diabetes drug Rezulin, which was pulled from the market in 2000.
