Honda Hit With Suit Over Alleged CR-V Door Lock Defect

Law360, New York (January 22, 2013, 2:59 PM EST) -- Honda Motor Co. Ltd. was hit with a proposed class action in New Jersey federal court Friday alleging it concealed a defective door lock mechanism in certain CR-V models to avoid covering repair costs under warranty.
