Law360, New York (January 22, 2013, 6:22 PM EST) -- A New Jersey appeals court on Tuesday rejected Sills Cummis & Gross PC's argument that arbitrators overstepped their authority by considering parking rights in determining the fair market rental value of the law firm's leased premises in Newark, N.J.

Siding with landlord Matrix One Riverfront Plaza LLC, a three-judge panel said a prior appeals ruling in the roughly four-year battle over rent for the space that Sills occupies at the Newark Legal and Communications Center did not require the arbitrators to completely ignore parking rights....
