Chicago Panel Gives Nod To $1B Wolf Point Project

Law360, New York (January 24, 2013, 6:54 PM EST) -- The Chicago Plan Commission on Thursday approved the controversial $1 billion Wolf Point project after several rounds of last-minute negotiations between the city and developer that led to plan revisions in the development agreement.

The vote is a win for lead developers Hines Interests LP and Kennedy Enterprises, which have been working double time in the last few weeks to get the long-delayed project through Chicago's approval process.
