Nifedipine Plaintiffs Win Class Certification Bid

Law360, New York (November 27, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Direct purchasers have been granted their bid for class certification in the multidistrict antitrust litigation alleging Biovail Corp., Elan Corp. Plc and Teva Pharmaceuticals Ltd. conspired to restrain the sale of nifedipine, a generic version of hypertension drug Adalat CC.
