T-Mobile Drops LCD Antitrust Claims Against Chi Mei

Law360, New York (January 23, 2013, 12:34 PM EST) -- T-Mobile USA Inc. has dropped antitrust claims against Chi Mei Corp. alleging the Taiwanese manufacturer colluded with others to fix prices on liquid crystal display panels, according to California federal court documents filed Tuesday.

The cellular service provider filed a stipulation, which must be approved by the court, requesting that its claims against CMC and its affiliated entities be dismissed.
