Roche Accuses Accutane Judge Of 'One-Sided' Remarks

Law360, New York (January 23, 2013, 6:21 PM EST) -- Counsel for Hoffman-La Roche Inc. told a well-known New Jersey state judge on Wednesday that a series of questionable rulings and “intemperate comments” should disqualify her from overseeing thousands of lawsuits over injuries allegedly caused by the acne medication Accutane.
