EPA Granted Stay In Clean Water Suit

Law360 (November 27, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- In a boost to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, a federal judge has agreed to stay a district action that challenges a final agency action regarding cooling water intake structures while an appeals court decides proper jurisdiction for the case.
