PSE&G Unfairly Flooded Solar Energy Market, Suit Says

Law360, New York (January 24, 2013, 6:21 PM EST) -- A solar investor filed a putative class action against Public Service Electric and Gas Co. in New Jersey court last week, alleging the company unfairly gutted the value of solar energy in the state by overstating the energy output of one of its solar projects.
