Firm Asks 2nd Circ. To Back 'Dora The Explorer' Settlement

Law360, New York (January 24, 2013, 4:20 PM EST) -- The law firm that formerly represented the voice actress behind Nickelodeon's hit cartoon character Dora the Explorer in a wage and contract dispute told the Second Circuit on Wednesday that it should uphold the settlement in the case, saying the actress’s due process rights hadn’t been violated.
