NJ Judge Won't Recuse Himself In Newark Property Battle

Law360, New York (January 25, 2013, 6:21 PM EST) -- A judge on Friday refused to remove himself from ongoing litigation between New United Corp. and Essex County Vocational Schools over a condominium property in Newark, N.J., saying that New United's recusal motion was based on “unsubstantiated suspicions” and “unfounded conclusions.”
