Fla. Official Steered Contracts To Friend's Co., Suit Says

Law360, Miami (January 25, 2013, 5:34 PM EST) -- A former director of a Broward County public works department was charged Wednesday with conspiring with three others to direct multimillion-dollar contracts to a local traffic signal maintenance company in exchange for payments in cash, a car and a job for a relative.
