Target Sends Spam Texts To Customers, Suit Claims

Law360, New York (January 25, 2013, 5:49 PM EST) -- Target Corp. was hit Friday in Oklahoma federal court with a proposed nationwide class action that alleges the retailer sends unsolicited text messages to consumers’ cell phones in violation of the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
