Noble Energy To Top Off Corporate Campus With New Tower

Law360, Houston (January 25, 2013, 6:51 PM EST) -- Noble Energy Inc. on Friday became the latest energy company to get in on Houston's commercial real estate boom, saying it is planning to develop a 456,000-square-foot office tower to complement a pair of 10-story buildings it leased last year.

The 20-story, Class A building to be developed at the corner of S.H. 249 and Louetta will connect via sky bridge to the existing 498,000-square-foot complex known as Noble Energy Center One, creating a nearly 1 million-square-foot corporate headquarters for the oil and gas giant....
