Producer Proposes 'Wedding Crashers' IP Suit Be Revived

Law360, Los Angeles (January 25, 2013, 5:27 PM EST) -- A producer urged a California appeals court on Friday to revive his suit alleging New Line Cinema Corp. ripped off his ideas to make the movie "Wedding Crashers," saying a trial judge erred by finding he waited too long to file his claims.
