Jury Hands Victory To KDH In Body Armor Contract Fight

Law360, New York (January 28, 2013, 6:45 PM EST) -- Eagle Industries Unlimited Inc. must pay KDH Defense Systems Inc. for body armor panels KDH made for Eagle Industries under a contract with the U.S. Marine Corps, even though Eagle Industries argued it didn't order the extra panels, a North Carolina jury found Friday.
