Texas Homeowners Get Another Shot At Beach Takings Claim

Law360, Dallas (January 28, 2013, 5:33 PM EST) -- The Supreme Court of Texas on Friday booted a Gulf Coast property takings case back to a Houston appeals court, saying it should reconsider its ruling that a city could order that beachfront homes be removed from the public right-of-way after storms shifted the shoreline.
