Bank Can't Skirt Oil Newsletter's Article-Sharing Claims

Law360, Dallas (January 28, 2013, 9:44 PM EST) -- A Texas federal judge on Monday said the publisher of energy-focused newsletter Oil Daily had shown enough evidence in initial pleadings to maintain a suit alleging investment bank Tudor Pickering Holt & Co. Securities Inc. infringed its copyright by circulating the emailed newsletter.
