Atheist Prof Dawkins Skirts Protege's DVD Fraud Claim

Law360, Los Angeles (January 28, 2013, 8:53 PM EST) -- A California federal judge on Monday tentatively dismissed allegations that prominent evolutionary biologist and atheist professor Richard Dawkins stole an inventory of educational DVDs from a former protege but preserved a claim that he infringed on the videos' copyrights.
