Jamestown Inks $296M Deal For NYC's Milk Studios Building

Law360, New York (January 28, 2013, 4:49 PM EST) -- Real estate developer Jamestown Properties nailed down a $295.6 million deal for ownership of the Milk Studios building in New York's Meatpacking District, thanks to a bit of financing help from the seller, Stellar Management, according to city records filed Friday.
