DC Circ. Urged To Revive BofA Data Security Suit

Law360, New York (January 28, 2013, 6:56 PM EST) -- A pair of consumers asked the D.C. Circuit on Friday to revive a putative class action against Bank of America Corp. over its alleged failure to protect their electronic data when their calls to the bank were transferred overseas.
