NYC To Appeal Ruling That Teacher Test Violates Title VII

Law360, New York (January 29, 2013, 3:02 PM EST) -- A New York federal judge on Monday allowed the New York City Board of Education to appeal a finding that the board could be held liable under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act for using an allegedly discriminatory teacher certification test.
