Nike Escapes Class Cert. In ZIP Code Collection Suit

Law360, New York (January 29, 2013, 1:31 PM EST) -- A California judge on Monday refused to certify a statewide class in a suit challenging Nike Inc.'s policy of requesting ZIP codes from credit card customers, finding that the three named plaintiffs were never actually victims of the policy.
