PetSmart Managers Denied Class Cert. In OT Pay Case

Law360, New York (January 29, 2013, 8:03 PM EST) -- A California federal judge declined Monday to certify a class of PetSmart Inc. store managers who allege they were denied overtime, meal breaks and other nonexempt employee perks, finding the proposed class failed to establish commonality in the wake of Dukes.
