Ray Charles' Kids Win Bid To Reclaim Song Rights

Law360, New York (January 29, 2013, 6:20 PM EST) -- A California federal judge ruled Friday that Ray Charles' children could reclaim the rights to some of his songs, tossing a suit lodged by the singer's foundation, which alleged the children's efforts violated an agreement they made with their father before he died.
