DC Circ. Urged To Shoot Down Air Force Insourcing Suit

Circuit on Tuesday to toss a challenge to the U.S. Air Force's decision to insource photography work at a base, arguing that the case falls under U.S. Court of Federal Claims jurisdiction and was properly dismissed by a district court.
