Insurer Can't KO Suit Over Boxer Injury Policy

Law360, New York (January 31, 2013, 2:20 PM EST) -- A Missouri appeals court on Tuesday affirmed its revival of a case against Chapman-Sander Insurance Agency over injuries to a boxer who had to wait for hospitalization after a fight because no ambulance was on site.
