Investor Asks Calif. Court to Revive 'No Country' Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (January 30, 2013, 10:59 PM EST) -- An investment fund told a California appeals court Tuesday that a trial judge erred when he found Paramount Pictures Corp. acted properly in using revenues from the film "No Country For Old Men” to cover an unexpectedly large bonus for actor Tommy Lee Jones.
