Contracting Reforms May Hinge On Obama Cabinet Turnover

Law360, New York (February 4, 2013, 6:59 PM EST) -- The Office of Federal Contractor Compliance Programs hopes to push ahead on an ambitious but stalled effort to revamp affirmative action rules for contractors, but experts say leadership vacancies at the U.S. Department of Labor and the Office of Management and Budget might complicate the agency's plans.
