Ex-Workers Reach $5M Deal In Princeton Review FCA Suit

Law360, New York (January 31, 2013, 5:24 PM EST) -- A trio of former employees for The Princeton Review Inc. agreed on Tuesday to repay the government a total of about $5 million after allegedly bilking a federal program for tutoring underprivileged schoolchildren, settling civil and criminal claims in an employee whistleblower suit over the fraud filed in New York federal court.
