EU Regulators Wary Of Data Reform Power Abuse

Law360, New York (January 31, 2013, 8:38 PM EST) -- European privacy regulators are recommending limiting the European Commission's ability to establish implementation procedures for the bloc's proposed data protection overhaul, concluding in an opinion released Monday that the power should only be granted to the commission in rare circumstances.
