Calif.’s New Green Chemistry Draft Won’t Ease Cos.’ Concerns

Law360, San Diego (February 1, 2013, 10:37 PM EST) -- The California Department of Toxic Substances Control on Tuesday limited what chemicals are subject to regulation and made other business-friendly changes to the state’s landmark push to curb harmful ingredients in consumer products, but experts say the Green Chemistry Initiative still poses huge cost and compliance hurdles for companies.
