Formosa Says FCA Suit Unwarranted Extension Of Law

Law360, Los Angeles (January 31, 2013, 8:51 PM EST) -- Formosa Plastics Corp. urged a California federal judge Thursday to hear its bid to escape from a massive False Claims Act litigation over defective PVC pipes, saying it should be allowed to argue the case against it is an unlawful extension of the law.
