Twitter, Data Co. Spar On Venue In 'Firehose' Access Row

Law360, San Francisco (January 31, 2013, 9:21 PM EST) -- Social media analytics company PeopleBrowsr Inc. urged a California federal judge Thursday to send its legal row with Twitter Inc. — over access to Twitter's massive “Firehose” data feed — back to state court, arguing that the social-media site violated state, not federal, competition statutes.
