Feds Told To Yield Fumo Defense Docs In Libel Case

Law360, New York (February 1, 2013, 2:29 PM EST) -- Federal investigators were ordered Wednesday to hand over documents on what convicted Pennsylvania state Sen. Vince Fumo's former Sprague & Sprague lawyers knew about legal advice given to Fumo as part of an ongoing defamation suit against the Philadelphia Daily News.
