DynCorp's Afghan Air Travel Contract Upheld At CFC

Law360, New York (February 4, 2013, 4:12 PM EST) -- The U.S. Court of Federal Claims on Thursday refused to block a deal in which DynCorp International would provide U.S. diplomatic passenger and cargo aircraft services in Afghanistan, despite objections from Aircraft Charter Services Inc. that the contract for those services was illegally granted.
