Washington Post Puts DC Headquarters On Sale Block

Law360, New York (February 1, 2013, 7:04 PM EST) -- The Washington Post Co. has decided to sell its Washington, D.C.-based headquarters and is actively looking to relocate its offices, the company announced Friday.

After hiring Studley Inc. and JM Zell Partners Ltd. as advisers, the company said it is interviewing space planners and architects for a possible move, according to a memo to employees from publisher Katharine Weymouth that was posted on the company's eponymous newspaper website.
