Lindsay Lohan Sues Apparel Co. Over Botched Licensing Deal

Law360, New York (February 1, 2013, 5:47 PM EST) -- Actress Lindsay Lohan on Thursday lodged a trademark and contract suit in California federal court, saying she is due more than $1.1 million from a Los Angeles apparel company that agreed to market her line of women’s clothing, but has since cheated her out of royalties.
