Calif. Clinic Can't Duck HHS $15M Medicaid Overcharge Suit

Law360, New York (February 4, 2013, 5:55 PM EST) -- A California federal judge on Friday handed a win to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and several state agencies in their dispute with a clinic chain in an underlying False Claims Act suit over alleged Medicaid overbilling, when she mostly dismissed the clinics' claim that the agencies wrongly interpreted Medicaid law.
