Slaughterhouse Owners Blast FCA Suit Over Beef Recall

Law360, New York (February 4, 2013, 8:21 PM EST) -- Slaughterhouse owners fired back in a False Claims Act suit over the largest beef recall in U.S. history on Friday, asking a federal judge to rule that the U.S. government was not defrauded when it purchased beef that allegedly came from mistreated animals.
