Weil Gotshal Reps Oracle In Latest $1.7B Software Buy

Law360, New York (February 4, 2013, 12:36 PM EST) -- Oracle Corp. revived its big-ticket acquisition blitz Monday when it unveiled plans to pick up software company Acme Packet for $1.7 billion as part of a broader plan to flesh out the California tech giant's communications portfolio.
