Law360, Chicago (February 5, 2013, 5:49 PM EST) -- An Illinois federal judge declined Tuesday to impose sanctions against the New York Times Co. in the electronic messaging patent infringement suit it faces from Helferich Patent Licensing LLC, but reserved judgment on whether he would force the media company to turn over communication records it argues are privileged.
