Texas Must Recalculate Medicaid Rate, State High Court Told

Law360, New York (February 6, 2013, 2:22 PM EST) -- Fourteen Texas hospitals urged the state Supreme Court on Wednesday to compel the state to recalculate Medicaid reimbursement rates for the 2008 and 2009 fiscal years, saying its failure violated a 2008 high court ruling that invalidated Texas' previous method for calculating reimbursement rates.
