Crowell, Proskauer, Fulbright Sanctioned For Counterclaims

Law360, New York (February 5, 2013, 8:08 PM EST) -- Crowell & Moring LLP, Proskauer Rose LLP and Fulbright & Jaworski LLP were sanctioned Monday by a New York state judge, who said they shouldn't have filed "scandalous" counterclaims for their clients in a $28 million dispute over a group of banks and insurers' takeover of an auto parts maker from a private equity firm.
