Developer Sues NJ Town For Project Approval Extensions

Law360, New York (February 6, 2013, 5:28 PM EST) -- A developer affiliated with a residential project in Mount Olive, N.J. — a project once proposed at more than 160 single-family lots and 250 townhouses — has sued the township and its planning board to secure approval extensions for the project's second phase and protection from zoning changes.
