Nexstar Settles Antitrust Suit Against Local TV Rival

Law360, New York (February 7, 2013, 4:19 PM EST) -- Nexstar Broadcasting Group Inc. has regained its status as the local Fox Broadcasting Co. affiliate in Fort Wayne, Ind., and settled its federal lawsuit alleging that Granite Broadcasting Corp. attempted to monopolize Fort Wayne's local television advertising market, it said Wednesday.
