Papa John's Insurers Want Off Hook For Text-Spamming Suits

Law360, New York (February 7, 2013, 2:04 PM EST) -- A pair of American International Group Inc. affiliates on Wednesday asked a Kentucky court to declare that they have no duty to defend two class actions accusing Papa John's International Inc. of text-spamming consumers, saying the actions do not constitute coverage-triggering property damage or advertising injury claims.
