Ex-Tyco CEO Wins 2nd Chance At Parole

Law360, New York (February 7, 2013, 3:48 PM EST) -- Former Tyco International Ltd. chief Dennis Kozlowski, who was convicted of looting millions of dollars from his own company, won a new parole hearing Tuesday after a New York state judge ruled the parole board had inadequately reviewed his application.

Judge Carol E. Huff said the New York State Board of Parole hadn't followed state legal precedent requiring it to list reasons for parole denial beyond merely citing the severity of the criminal conduct.
