Stalemate Continues Over Millions Owed To Robbins Geller

Law360, New York (February 7, 2013, 4:50 PM EST) -- A California pension plan has failed to reach a deal with Bank of New York Mellon Corp. over who will pay Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP millions for its work on an investment-related suit that settled for just $630,000, the parties said Thursday.
